But Arcane, you have to actually be shipping and selling meaningful amounts of product for the threat of the FDA to have any real teeth. With 1997 sales of just $44K, . . . well you get the picture.

It seems to me at this point that the real business of this enterprise is to sell shares and take salary and fees out. $$$ -> Paid in Capital then Expenses -> Paid to principals and insiders. I think it explains why they would be interested in turning in their shares, unless of course this Preferred Class has some stealth rights that they have yet disclosed.
