Dear Terry,

I was asked by several people to respond to your message. Normally, I am too busy even to read message boards, much less respond or develop any continuing dialog. In this case, I will make an exception and at least respond.

In a nutshell, your comments like "that's what I thought it was doing" and "everyone is doing the same thing" prove your preconceived notion of what I|Nova provides. I brought Tony, Dave and Ed into the meeting for a purpose - basically to verify what we anticipated. They, like the rest of our technical team, have personal reputations with business and programming experience that extend over twenty-five years and have products in use worldwide. Additionally, all six of them have run their own companies and are quite knowledgeable and aware of "what the world" is doing and why we are different.

I could cover as many as 14 points in your opinion that we disagree on, however it would be fruitless to get into a dissertation on technology. For whatever it's worth to you, the I|Nova concept is inevitable; the world cannot continue to generate code. A change in how a computer is made to perform the Enterprise Business Process is unavoidable. If we do not change the process, the next millennium type problem will bury us as a country.

Technologist's have talked about it for years and many have tried and failed. They have not figured it out because they look at the problem through the eyes of a programmer, not a business system designer. Finding "why something cannot be done" has never produced creation.

I|Nova is a product that would never be created by a computer manufacturer or a large software firm that bills on a Time and Material basis, because removing the "magic" when making a computer perform with simplicity have never been welcome words in a technologist's dictionary. Being creative and mystic will always be their model until the realities of I|Nova are commonplace.

Although we do not agree, your opinion is appreciated by all of us here at Veronex. We believe in I|Nova and have a total commitment to our shareholders and will continue to focus on being a leader in our industry.

Best regards,
Thomas J. Price
