Rationally, if there is anything in the system that still works, there is absolutely no way Clinton can escape impeachment. The evidence against him on perjury and obstruction of Justice is extremely strong. He is up to his nose in white water too, but like Alcapone he will be nailed on the "tax evasion" evidence, not on the highest crime.
