It would seem , BOTH. Problem #1 is that no analyst wants to or knows how to put a value on this company. It will take some time, especially to see if the two cultures can manage their differences.

In the meantime, while the dust is settling, one should take advantage of what I belive will be over a $100 stock by end of December.
