if you want vanilla OC, you might
opt for something else (or if you want 4 Dimm slots, or etc).

I had the BH6 roughed-in as my choice until I found time to really read up on the top boards. As a result of this and other general reading I decided.. (1) I only did want 'plain vanilla oc'g ..(2) I wanted onboard SCSI and (3) I really liked the save to disk feature on the Aopen board. It only has 3 Dimm slots but I'm starting out with a 128mb stick so the capacity to add 2 more of those or a 256mb stick seems way more than enough for future memory upgrades. It also only has 4 Pci, which could be better, but I save a slot with the onboard SCSI.

Thats how my thinking went in regards to this mobo selection. I had to take alot more time than most people here since my brain was basically empty of PC hardware data.. but if a guy were to follow this stuff, only in a cursury way, future selections would be more readily at hand IMHO and not require any huge research time alotment.
