You stated you received >> a strong buy signal from an advance/decline model I use
- a strong buy signal from the new high/new low indicator I use<<

I am curious what constitutes a strong signal as the advance decline has been usually flat to 3-2 most sessions and the high low indicator has been in the 50-60 highs to 30 lows area for much of this rally. This to me is a far cry from the 3,4,or 5-1 Advance /decline during the previous bulls and as Don pointed out, new highs in the 100s to 400s.

While I see new highs out there in INTC, AMZN, etc, it is far from a wide spread market event.

Not disagreeing, just curious what the parameters are to receive a strong signal.
