Leedm: I would think so and I doubt if it is very far away, actually Iam not sure that it is not in the immediate future. I belive that if you shares are below $1.00 for six months you are given notice of a hearing and then if it does not get over a buck for 10 days in the next month - you have the right of an appeal for 60 days then you are out. I am not sure that all the above is exactly right but it is fairly close. As they have been below a buck now for about 5 months the notice cannot be too far away. Someone else my know more about this than I, and I would welcome their correction. Wafa : Have to work thru thanksgiving will getback to you on your last note. John
