So let me get this straight. You thought that Banshee2 would be BETTER than this? Not in my wildest dreams did I expect what they did with the follow-up Banshee.

Re: the price decline. Anybody who expected the stock to go up immediately after the news hasn't owned this stock for very long. 3dfx always goes up after bad news and down after good. Sun did exactly the right thing by selling calls right after the announcement, but then he's been around long enough to know how this stock works. That said, the news out of Comdex (not just V3) is great long term. More products are going to be announced (remember they said they had a new product for Christmas), WHQL problems are a thing of the past, the other product lines are still on schedule, V3 exceeds most of my expectations, V3 will be in set top and motherboards, 3dfx will enter the laptop market, quick turnaround from TSMC. Everybody can bitch and whine if they want, but things just got way better from a fundamental standpoint (not some technonerd focusing on 32 bit rendering).
