Hi, Rick -- I've been to Richmond several times, dated a girl from UVa in my younger days. I loved it, but that's true of most of the places I've been to in the south. My dream is to retire to the mountains of North Carolina and spend my sunset years rockhounding. Spent lots of time in Tuscaloosa, the South Carolina coast (working there; like any tourist area, the off-season is MUCH more fun), Kentucky (eastern) and Georgia (Rabun country, northeastern Ga).

Ya kicked Penni out of her beloved Virginia? No way. There ain't boots big enough. And, yes, the state of Wisconsin is going bonkers, so much so that I fear for the place if the Packers lose. Mass emigration to the U.P. (one of the few places where Wisconsinites can wear their ridiculous lug-flap winter hats without the ridicule).
