Barnes strategy is common sense. If you are in the business of selling and distributing physical goods, the internet is a tool to enhance and complement your existing strategy.

Amazon's internet-centric model is a failure, and Bezos has tried to save the day by stealing technology and expertise from Walmart to sustain the physical build up they are now involved in.

As a result, they and their backers KP, are now involved in a lawsuit, while the company is mired in debt, loosing money at a growing rate, and threatened by a competition about to eat their lunch on the revenue side.

Bezos, in a true Clinton inspired way, relies on the credulity of the crowd, and forges ahead with ever more money loosing projects to keep the dream alive, while his favorite analysts spin madly in his favor and drive the stock price into orbit.

I have never seen hallucination on such a massive scale, but we are in a market full of bull, aren't we ?
