Me too! I am dying for a AGA stove...and a subzero! You know I really enjoy cooking, it relaxes me. I would love to have a professional kitchen...someday.

I'd love to have your pie crust recipe.Martha's is pretty true, but I've tasted better.

Anyway for the acorn squash, I mix the currants, sultanas, raisins with 1 1/2 sticks melted butter, dash of nutmeg and 1/3 c. maple syrup. The I stuff them. I bake them uncovered, no foil. If the oven is too hot from having something in it before, then I will use a little foil lightly over the top if I notice them getting too brown. I have never tried cranberries...can't visualise the taste but I bet it would be good.

I have not had good luck with cornbread stuffing...my family likes a lot of texture and a little crunch(I bake it in a casserole after I saute it all ..I don't stuff the turkey. Partly for health reasons(a friend of mine put the fear of God in me one year) and partly because they like the crunchy top. But tell me how you do it..

What I would love is the recipe for the sweet potato pone. It sounds really good. A friend of mine makes a dish that sounds similar with carrots. But with sweet potatos it sounds really good, especially with pecans! I saw a "Baking with julia" episode where she made a sweet potato pie with pecans and I actually could taste it! Smellovison I guess! But what a perfect combination...

Still can't imagine how you do all that with one stove! You must be one heck of an organizer!
