Nasdaq Level II Range Bar,
I have news for the Executioner, all Terra Nova branch offices, and all other users of the Townsend RealTick III software. I INVENTED the range bar! that is used above the level II quotes on the RealTick III software. The range bar was a direct result of my SCANSHIFT invention (U.S. Patent # 5,689,651), specifically the historic range indicator, also referred to as the range bar, and the multi colored angle of attack indicators to the left of the Range Extension Rectangle. I had multiple claims, many of them very simple, awarded in patent #5,689,651 and even though Jerry Putnam and I gave Townsend a minority interest in this patent back in late 1994, I am the majority
holder. Thus, while my claim with the SEC is pending regarding the fradulent submission of the Archipelago ECN, I have decided no more nice guy. I will be taking steps to see that a small, but useful part of the Nasdaq Level II screen on RealTickIII is removed forever.

For those of you who want to learn more about the integrity of Townsend and Terra Nova Trading, and how it affects you directly, please see my earlier posts on the MB Trading group 2059, 2061, 2069, and 2077, or look under my name to see all my posts. I will repeat 2059, because that tells alot of the story.
