Jerry, I would actually favor AMES having the luxury of "cherry picking" the HDS prime locations if the consolidation doesn't go through. We would just have to take over the existing leases of any cherry picked locations, or re-negotiate new leases with the landlords. I have also followed HDS for some time now and if I was a HDS shareholder, I would accept the AMES tender cash, and promptly invest that amount in AMES for the long haul. For the long-suffering Hills shareholders, I would expect this to be their best course of action. I also think AMES is sitting in the catbird seat on this deal.
