I just finished reading this over at Yahoo. I'm curious what the net earnings would have been if they did not / don't purchase Creatix. "Also, partially due to the new emphasis on retail and due diligence costs associated with the acquisition of Creatix....Boca's expenses were $600 thousand higher than previously expected in the fourth quarter." If they can show that a significan portion of the $600k was due to the Creatix purchase, I don't know if this is necesseraily a "terrible" thing. Admitted, it's definetly not a good thing. Note: P/E will go from 9.5 to 13.3 with the new earnings. Still not bad, but I'm sure the .03 is going to look mighty bad.
