Article about Linux in PC World Mag (July 98, ok, it was a doctors office, I was getting a new brain and TFT eyeballs). Said it was ok to operate with its Office Systems but said it was a "nightmare to install" and a too tough for the neophyte to use. They tried Caldera and RedHat 5.1. Says IDC predicts that Linus will overtake the MAC OS soon and occupy 4.2 % of the market.
