MARGIN Tutorial query. - I went through the MBT Margin tutorial and my head is spinning (g)

What I did get out of it was these's no such thing as "restricted for 90 days", rather it's "your're outta here!" So maybe someone can answer two quick fail-safe questions:

I start the day with zero cash, zero margin and $100,000 worth of fully-paid-for DELL in my account.
I sell the DELL when the market opens for $100,000. HOW MUCH $$$ CAN I INVEST INTO MSFT (using margin to the fullest extent allowed) FOR AN OVER NIGHT HOLD? HOW MUCH $$$ FOR A SAME DAY FLIP?

Same as above except at the start of the day I have: Zero cash, $50,000 margin in use and $100,000 worth of DELL.
