I still believe Westergaard is a pontificating windbag (and this reward thing still stinks and gives DOCU a bit of a smell too) but he did say this about our little company today:

"DOCU's core business of converting large volumes of documents to digital form has not interested me but a more recent litigator support software product has and, indeed, recent profitability suggests that my optimism is not unwarranted. 12mm shares at $1 values the whole company at circa $12mm. I could find a buyer for this company tomorrow for 2 or 3 times that!!"

So Mr. Westergaard, it sounds very much like you are recommending Docucon. Wouldn't it be best to drop the reward, thereby diminishing the publicity and the likely questions to arise of your cozy relationship with Docucon's CEO. Otherwise, this will begin to negatively effect all of us more than the hoax ever did.
