You may be correct about that the pricing is discounted---although I can't imagine why anyone would bottom fish a company with revenuses that have dropped like a rock during the last few quarters..CRUS has a market cap of over 1 B. Relative to potential ??????? The field is crowded--I don't think their product is differentiated or for that matter technically insulated---and their need for capital is HUGH--I think the needs are for 700,000,000 over the next 3 years with 400 of it for fiscal 1997. Selling the company is probably the best option.
