I disagree with you Roger. If YHOO trades down, the whole sector trades down. This sector cannot handle a divergence and separation of issues. If that happens, momentum is lost and fear sets in due to valuations.

It may be an o'k deal for AOL at best. If there is a pop, I would be surprised.

No one as of yet has discussed what this means to AOL in terms of earnings. People will not subscribe to AOL just because NSCP is now owned by them. The fact that existing AOL customers will now "choose" NSCP over Explorer is a poor conjecture. Most users currently use the portal they choose, not because they have too.
