Rabins buries Nov 10 SoftQuad Inc divestiture $C657k gain on sale of assets in Nov 13 Q3 numbers!?...and buries release through CCW, Canada, as previously cited...this simply is as bad as it gets...regretably it did not take long for us to turn on this management team pursuant to this disturbing realization...Rabins did not even have the integrity in his press release (of which esecurities is in possession of) to indicate said Q3 <$C2,456,000> loss was not from continuing operations but after said 'extraordinary/non-recurring' gain...accordingly, SKIs Q3 losses from continuing operations were actually <$C3,176,000>...this is simply very disturbing, another [very disturbing] smoking gun which now goes to character and integrity of the management team...this management team allegedly is dealing from the bottom of the deck and simply feels they are above the law, ethics, common decency and burying their apparent proclivity for sustained losses and destruction of shareholder value behind numbers which are essentially meaningless but create the illusion that things aren't as bad as they are...and on the heels of a STRONG SELL...which management has not responded to our most recent inquiries in re: analyst estimated Q4 98 and fy 99 continuing losses...
