Mandalay Beef on the Luncheon Menu is $4.75 5. Rating based on 4 stars max. for a. food ** b. service c. ambience** 6. Comments. this is our favorite restaurant... when visiting the bay area, we usually eat at this place twice in one week. If you try it tell management a guy from Texas with wife and boy recommended it...
