I don't see a problem on what little I know currently. Qwest has the network, and it behooves anyone that wants bandwidth thats all fiberoptic to go with them. Unless they want to build one themselves, stay copper, or wait until Level 3 or Williams finish theirs, Qwest is the only game in town. It really is a good match.
