I ran into an employee of one of OAKT's competitors at COMDEX, who said that they do not even consider OAKT to be a competitor these days because OAKT's top management is so busy fighting among themselves that they have lost their focus. He told me he believed OAKT's stock would double within weeks of Tsang's being replaced as CEO. Let's hope it happens. If the rumor of insider infighting is true, then maybe Tsang will be opposed by other insiders who are not part of the buyout group. This raises an interesting question: where do the other insiders stand on this offer? Are they part of the buyout group? Is it required that this be disclosed under any SEC regulations? What has happened with the original lawsuit over insiders hyping the stock and then selling out at the top before bad news hit the fan?
