The relatively small number of shares outstanding for BOCI is a strong suite for investors. For every 2MM in net earnings you get .23/share. A good quarter and we're right back. This is a buying opportunity! They may dip a little more but they'll be back. This company is fundamentally strong. Good move for BOCI going heavy on the ISDN and other digital technologies - it's the wave.
