From The American Heritage Collection Dictionary, copyrighted 1997 we get the following definition: "2. An abusive or contemptuous word or phrase". Reading in the context of your original post to jhild on the original PRWT thread, you most certainly used the phrase in a contemptuous manner towards jhild.
