There may even be concern over a rival bid so I am looking for a pre-opening announcement tomorrow and a trading halt but I really think we will see the next trade at about $60.I had written some $45 calls against part of my position.... too bad. I wouldn't worry too much, wait for the news buyers and short covering to do their thing and the stock will drop back. It's hard to say but it depends on the actual announcement to get the ratio. You still will be a net gainer on the deal so I wouldn't get out the box of kleenex yet. I doubt we will even see a high of $50/share.
