Ira .. I guess that I don't have the right amount of paranoia to worry about not having my proxy server hiding my IP from the rest of the world!

As far as calling @Home to get them to fix the problem - are you kidding me?! Have you ever dealt with those guys? It took me 2 months just to find a tech who knew enough to tell me that by disabling my PS, my access problems to SI would probably disappear.
