Redmond would be another hotbed. Not to mention the investment 'community.' And SI.

But what has that got to do with breaking the rules of the game? Perhaps the new MSFT defense is best called the Whine Defense. "Johnny does it too. All of the people who don't like us like Bill Clinton! All the other kids get to do it!"

I'm sure that if the others are breaking the rules MSFT will encourage the Gov to enforce the rules, eh? In fact, seems like they already are.

Some people fight the power, and some people cuddle up to it.
