But, I wasn't thinking of the total 600 k in Expenses. I was concerned with the 600 k increase as attributed to the purchase of the Creatiz. Or rather the total cost attributed for this purchase as attributed to the decrease in earnings for the quarter. It is my understanding that the expected earnings were .26 / share that would be earning of $2.28 million. Conversely, if the earnings are 0.03 / share, that is earnings of $260 thousand. Even if you say the total 600 k increase in expenses was attributed to the purchase: The EPS goes to 0.10 / share. This is still a far cry from the original expectation of .26. So, you do have to account for the .16 /share. Anyway, even if we include the .10 /share into the total, the P/E goes to 11.76. Still not a bad buy, assuming they can reduce their expenses. Hmmm...I wonder if the resignation was voluntary? Since, I got in real recently, I can't sell now...I'm going to have to ride it out. I guess I'll have to see what next quarter brings. Hmmm...I wonder how this will change Shanzi K's prediction. He was betting high on this stock a month ago. I could have done without the explicatives myself. But, Oh Well.
