For # of outstanding shares for any co. -- Yahoo has the info. You could always check out the most recent 10-K/10-Q via freedgar.com. Yahoo indicates outstanding shares are about 100 mln. Btw, Bloomberg reporting NSCP @ in European trading, & deal may be for as much as $5 bln in AOL stock. Sell on the fact (when there is fact)!
