cb, i want to clarify something for all of us on this thread. we aren't anywhere based on principle. we are where we are b/c we think it has the best cost benefit ratio for our money. if anywhere else had a better ratio then that is where i would be. cash doesn't have much benefit now, but it also has little cost potential. the market has a huge cost potential, imho. i'm long small caps and am waiting on a rally to sell half to free up some cash to buy back cheaper...
