Since stocks are valued on variety of basis earning is only one part. Arguably if a stock doesn't pay a dividend it would be of no value. AOL is in the early stages of new industry. Netscape didn't make an real money nor did NBC or AT&T when they first started. If it doesn't make a profit within about 18 months then I would be worried but it does own a large part of the mind share. This is worth quite a bit. They have shown that they do know how to run a company so far. Just thought I would put in my 2 cents worth
