Newmil, Not sure. I didn't set it >>gg<< Seriously though, I've been informed that mgmt wants to go private at 18/shr. in a deal the shareholders may not appreciate. If a limit to buy at 16 1/4 or so is accepted, it's probably a decent arbitrage situation. Sounds like a funnymental DD nightmare but the technicals are supportive. Doug R
