IMHO, we are entering the last phase of this century stock mania. From Oct.8 lows we are almost 30% up on average (just exclude commodity stocks)in the US and Europe the same.

In this market I can not predict a mania top.

As of now, AMZN is bid 186 and YHOO 197 they are my frot indicators.

There are expectation there for lower interest rates especially in the UK.

Nothing meaningful has changed from an fundamental economic point of view, and for all practical reason economies can not change direction so fast (e.g. 6 weeks).

The main issue that has changed is investors hopes and beliefs, aided by aggressive money printing all over the world.

This week BW article about China and today's WSJ piece about China makes me wonder were the common wisdom of all those fund manager is.

IMHO, speaking with some of them they all belive that they will ride this spurt up and be able to exit before any downturn.

If that is the collective wisdom, then watch out.

As to invetment strategies ride the wave with close stops and try to go home flat or hedged.
