Yeh right, and a General is just a soldier! they get to where they
are because they are political animals as well as (sometimes instead of) being soldiers.

Army/DOD makes no difference to me as an investor, the only thing thats important is the fect that the will of congress is not making it's way down into the policies as implemented by the army. No offence to soldiers intended! (ex royal armoured corp's myself)
