Dorine, Predictably, there will be those who complain about the lack of premium, I think it's a good deal, much like the Worldcom/MCI deal. If you think AOL's got a future, this is great news. For those hoping on a quick killing, tough luck. This is a great deal for both companies and hopefully not much will stand in the way of the deal. It will be interesting to see Microsoft's response... Dave
