Jose if the "INTERNET was developed by scientists and goverment with grants and all the public money that entails, where does GIFT get off trying to claim the right to this thing? another words can you explain the nature of the patent and why you think it will stand in a court of law? I understand about settling out of court to avoid higher litigation costs, but I don't understand how a company can lay claim to a public medium?????? can you explain..... luis
