LG, Look at the VIX, now in SELL territory, but the VIX can stay in the 20 and below area for extended periods. The RUT is up 2, which is no big upside signal, but is still up. The DOW is up strong and the TICK only got as high as 600. The smaller players are buying now. If we get a strong buy program now, the DOW could be substantially above 100. the NEW HIGHs still below 100, but still rising and its still early. Seeya
