I couldn't agree more that a reverse is necessary. However, I still think of Spencer as a flat-out liar and any statement he makes to the contrary should be immediately thrown out as hogwash. IMHO, after a reverse, he will issue more shares to continue his tidy printing business he created out of our investment dollars. I may still hold shares in LTGL, but I wish that Spencer would drop dead cause that's the only way I will trust this company again.
