JMHO ... but I can visualise how the price discussions went. Don't forget its a stock deal. If AOL looks like it overpays for NSCP, AOL will go down .... reducing the value of the deal to NSCP. Steve Case probably said, lets do a great price, and NSCP stock price will appreciate in tandem with ours ........ sadly ... I think .45 is absolutely true ... and AOL will then sell-off the SUNW .... and rep it in. To say i was disappointed is putting it mildly. Hell ... if the deal falls thru ....

Also ... although the NSCP price has appreciated in the last couple of weeks... what about AOL's !!. Before the Amzn split announcement, these internets were about to pull-back. Even now ... the market response to the deal is hardly inspiring.

Ah well ..... I was expecting a minimum of 1-2 ... and hoped 1-1 but was prepared to split the difference

Good luck all

Stephen
