Mark, Write to him too. Yes the internet is a very powerful tool. I will be distributing this letter some other mailist and if a response is not received within two weeks, I will take further action. Everyone is forgeting that he works for us and he has obligations to his owners, us! My theory right now is that if doesn't respond or make a public announce to his shareholders, we could proxy the company to have him removed if we have the numbers!!! Write, call and fax now! Timing is very critical. Check out APPI which is right on the heals of ADVR!!!
