I've heard a rumour that the 20F has finally been submitted.

If this is true; and I believe it is, it is an important development. Most of you know that the 20F is a critical document required by the SEC for foreign companies registered for trading in the U.S. The filing of this document will allow U.S. brokers to conduct due diligence for their clients, and will allow them to responsibly trade the shares. The 20F will also be the basis for the Nasdaq's decision to allow electronic trading.

These past few weeks have been dark days for some shareholders who were expecting the last announcement to produce a price rise. The relative absence of new U.S. buying has been part of the problem, but the submission of the 20F should change that. From the rumours I have heard recently, management has been hard at work on the two active projects, and my belief is that we will be seeing some results of that work in the near future. There also appears to be a backlog of interest building among new U.S. investors, because the marketing campaign has been ongoing.
