I think there's two kinds of intranet solution providers: there are those who actually build or create the software and then there are those who bill themselves as "business solution providers" or "intranet solution providers". There are many such business solution providers: like DEC, Nexcom, Choreo?, etc. etc. They seem to be popping up everywhere.

But companies that actually build the software that enables others to provide the business solutions are rarer. Open Text is such a company.
