(P&F industries) pfina falls squarely in value+growth. its recent accretive acquisition of green manufacturing contradicts your lack of growth conclusion. Not all growth companies have to be serving rapidly growing markets. They can be chewing up market share as pfina is doing and making accretive value added transactions. pfina was growing BEFORE this acquisition and now has accelerated that growth with the acquisition. Yet because, the company is undiscovered it trades for around 1.2Xbook less than 1.0X sales and around 5.5X trailing cash flow and 7 PE. they recently retained an IR firm and have just started conducting quarterly conference calls. pfina has its own thread on SI but its been dormant; maybe it should be revitalized with some more posts.
