Andrew, Just my opinion, but I think we need a little time for the news to circulate throughout the investment community and for the investment community to see some of the stated business projects begin to solidify before we see the potential for a significant price share increase. The reason I feel this way is that over the past 1 1/2 years or so NYRR has been surrounded by several rumors and speculation i.e. Conrail Lawsuit, etc., thus it is my impression that there are many investors sitting on the fence right now trying to get a feel in which direction NYRR will be heading--in other words I think they have to buy in to the idea that NYRR has finally turned the corner and is seriously in the planning and development stages of a profitable business building plan. JMO! It's my hunch that there will be more positive news in the future--but that's just my own guesswork--so far--I feel we are heading in the right direction.
