Mine was just that a world leader's economic health can turn on a dime (well, not quite). I wasn't referring at all to who could, or should have bailed whom. That's all. Still, this country does see a need to step in, around the world, whether it's an economic or threat of war type crisis. All the other countries in the world worry about numero uno, pretty exclusively. Tony
