Thanks, Michael,

Over the years I can't think of anyone who has had more negative things to say about Electric vehicles than John Wallace of Ford Motor Company. Recently a new 'Ford" has stepped into place as Ford Chairman. He gives every indication that his enthusiasm for advanced vehicles is sincere and drives an electric himself.
I have believed for a long time that if one company among the big three got serious the others would have to. Has it happened? here is a quote from the new John Wallace.

''If you have never driven an electric vehicle, you cannot imagine the sensation of quietly beating every
car next to you off the start line,'' said John Wallace, Ford Motor Company director of Alternative Fuel
Vehicles. ''Electric vehicles are clean, high performance vehicles but best of all, they're fun to drive.''
