you gotta get your economics straight. Expect $$ to be shoveled
in left and right into the market till the end of the first quarter
of '99.

World rates are going down. US rates went down a lot. Good
chance they will go down again. EVERYTHING is chaning now.

With some luck, you'll see hugh contracts for CSCO, LU, NORTEL,
COMS, ASND, world wide. Their profit growths grow tremendously.
