I own Cheyenne, the rationale being that it's worth (on its own) low 20's. The $16 price was in reaction to the lousy quarter. Even absent the McAfee offer, the stock wouldn't have stayed down there for very long. Going forward, I figure that from the $22 area you've got a free ride on takeover possibilities. Personally, I believe Cheyenne will not remain independent because its shareholders dislike management. Have you noticed the increase in McAfee's stock price the last few days? Keeping in mind that it's a share exchange offer, I find that price move interesting. Anyway, Cheyenne's management and Board are wide open to shareholder suits. I believe that they're looking for a white knight.
