I Myself am VERY frustrated at this moment with ITEX but untill I have any reason to suspect serious underlying issues regarding "malpractice" it's a sure accumulate position with strong upside potential. This is only in regards to no underlying surprises, this is also a speculative comment and rec. I feel we may drop below 1.50 at which point I will be accumulating more shares.
